Chale means a friend. That’s the spirit behind ChaleRide — and it’s where our story begins.
Getting around Ghana should feel like asking a friend for a lift — familiar, straightforward, and a little less hassle. ChaleRide was born from that idea: a ride-hailing app created with Ghana’s everyday journeys in mind.
Behind every ride is a person going somewhere that matters — to work, to family, to a new opportunity. And behind every wheel is a driver turning their knowledge of the road into a living. ChaleRide exists to connect them.
ChaleRide is a place for local drivers to connect with people who need a ride. We believe the people who know Ghana’s roads best should be the ones moving it forward.
We’re focused on the small moments that make a big difference: getting to work, showing up for someone, or finding a new opportunity behind the wheel. Confirmed launch plans and service areas will be shared when the service is ready.
